Welcome to MafiaMobile. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing & Delivery
- All exchange orders require 14–21 days for processing, subject to approval by our admin team and submission of a proper unpacking and checking video.
- Standard delivery timelines are 7–14 days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and logistics.
Product Condition & Packaging
- Products labeled as “Box Pack” will include the original box.
- Products without such mention may be delivered without a box.
- All devices are activated unless otherwise specified in the product details.
- Color of the device is subject to availability. Customer preferences will be considered but not guaranteed.
Warranty Policy
- All devices come with limited MafiaMobile (Marvans) warranty, covering hardware malfunctions only.
- Battery health is covered only if the device shows a “Mandatory Service Required” message.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- If any Apple-authorized warranty is applicable, MafiaMobile is not responsible for it.
- All service and support are to be handled by authorized Apple service centers.
No Warranty Disclaimer
- All devices are sold without standard manufacturer warranty, unless explicitly stated.
- Devices may include global variants, meaning they are sourced outside India.
Billing & GST
- No GST invoice will be provided with purchases.
- Charges such as tax (convenience fees) and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns & Refunds
- Once the invoice is generated, the product becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
- No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained after order confirmation, except in cases approved by the admin.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must include a complete unboxing and device condition video.
- Approval of exchange is solely at the discretion of MafiaMobile.
Legal Compliance
- Transactions are governed under Rule 32 read with Section 15 of the CGST Act, 2017.
- All disputes arising from purchases will be subject to Vadodara jurisdiction only.
Limitation of Liability
MafiaMobile shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by logistics partners
- Product availability issues
- Any indirect or incidental damages arising from product use
