Refund and Returns Policy

At MafiaMobile, we maintain a strict policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Policy

  • We do not offer a standard cancellation policy.
  • Returns are only considered in case of genuine issues, subject to approval by our team.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Coupon Code Orders

Orders placed using any coupon code are not eligible for cancellation.

Order Cancellation (Within 1 Hour)

  • Customers may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing:
    support@mafiamobile.com
    Subject line: “Cancel – Order No.”
  • Cancellation requests are only accepted Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • A 50% refund will be processed for such cancellations.

Cancellation Before Shipping

If the order has not been shipped, cancellation is possible with a deduction of:
5% of the order value OR ₹6000 (whichever is higher)

Cancellation After Shipping

  • If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped:
    • 70% of the order value will be deducted
    • The remaining amount will be refunded
  • This deduction covers material, labor, and packaging costs

Cancellation After Delivery

Within 2 Hours of Delivery:

  • 80% of the order value will be deducted as return and handling charges
  • Remaining amount will be refunded
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

After 1 Day of Delivery:

  • 90% of the order value will be deducted
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Process

Refunds will only be initiated after the product is returned and received at our address:

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to:

  • The original payment method, or
  • The MafiaMobile wallet (if applicable)

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days
  • It may take up to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account

  • Refund amounts will not include shipping or convenience charges
  • All refunds and cancellations are subject to approval by MafiaMobile
